Easy to set up, easy to navigate the site and was a great purchase- my daughter loves her new T-shirt.

No way to get in touch with anyone with questions. The app is incredibly limited and doesn’t update when changes are made.

Somehow I’ve managed to deactivate my account twice from an email and need to cancel an order but no way of knowing if it’s been processed or not.

No automated email confirmations of cancellation etc.

Wish I hadn’t bothered reactivating and will delete my account ASAP.

Avoid this company at all costs.

They offer your first “trial” Tee at £1.99 yet charge you the full amount of the next month before you even receive your trial Tee.

Have requested a refund, but have been told I have to return a product I haven’t even received at my expense.

The customer service is terrible, Dan is useless. Bad business practices, they lie, cheat, and even steal.

Next I will report to the trading standards.

Rip off, just don’t put yourself through the issues. They won’t be around for much longer at this rate

I love them! Great material, great fit, lots of great funny designs to choose from. It's a real fun novelty :)

I love receiving my t shirts.
I don’t always choose a design so it’s great to get a surprise.
They’re fantastic quality. The white ones even come clean when I wear them to muck the horses out??
People always comment on them and ask where I get them.

Absolutely abysmal service! Ordered my trial shirt and before it even arrived (it still hasn’t arrived) I cancelled as there were no designs I was willing to pay a further £12.99 a month for.
However after I cancelled my subscription I was still charged a day later!!
Trying to get any sort of human help from their team is impossible and I’ve had the same word for word email response twice now!
Avoid at all costs!!

Would rather put no stars! Really disappointed I ordered in October I’ve been chasing up the order for months cause it still hasn’t arrived was assured it would be sent in January but wasn’t and after sending six emails and no reply I get a refund email this-morning. After being promised it was sent! Fuming absolutely fuming awful customer service not worth the money at all ?

Awful and can’t find a way to cancel ApplePay subscription. No phone number to contact this company and they don’t reply to emails.

Not received my first T-shirt but have been billed (more than advertised) for my second t-shirt within two weeks (monthly?) no response from “customer services” will be reporting to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.
Shocking company

I was sent a double of a shirt I already had. I reached out to complain because I also never received the free shirt for having been a member for six months. I was then told that because I quit I wouldn't be getting it. Your company is a scam.

Love the shirts...great quality and super uber comfortable! Even if I forget to pick my tee, I am never disappointed with what I am sent. My weird self loves all the cross pop culture references...as does my 18 year old daughter who constantly "borrows" my shirts! Very happy!

Got a free T-shirt then tried cancelling my subscription and they make it impossible to cancel and make it impossible to remove payment options, they just hold onto it, this company is nothing but a scam and customer service is bad aswell avoid this company

Made absolutely impossible to cancel subscription service. Although the terms and conditions state cancel any time after 48 hours, there’s no option on the account. Then when you contact Dan you are met with the response your account has to be open 14 days. Then after the 14 days, there’s still no option to cancel the subscription in the settings. All whilst they are asking me to choose the next t shirt design I want despite not even receiving my first order… so they are going to take another monthly payment when I wished to cancel my subscription for two weeks.

I love my first t shirt. The very one I ordered didn't arrive but when I made contact the amount was refunded for me and I recently made a blunder ordering the same thing twice and they dealt with that really kindly too.
The t shirt is cool too, would just like a few more girly colours x
